Booking to cash process

Either way, automating your order management can help you move orders quickly from order entry to cash receipt. Order fulfillment and delivery follow next in the cycle (Ahmed et al ., 2017). This stage of the cycle mostly pertains to firms that deal with physical items, where inventory staff should be informed with the correct information of the order to proceed with fulfillment and delivery. When it comes to digital services or Software as a Service (SaaS), this might entail allowing access to the ordered product or service. 'I felt violated. I was treated like a criminal': Prime Minister's condolence cards rifled through. Fingertip searches for shallow graves... in her own words, the outrageous treatment of Leon Brittan's widow - and all on the say-so of a lying paedophile

Diana Brittan had a busy day planned for Thursday, March 5, 2015. First she would answer some of the hundreds of condolence cards she had received following the death just six weeks earlier of her husband Leon, Lord Brittan of Spennithorne. Political heavyweights had sent heartfelt sympathy cards paying tribute to her husband's character and achievements – in the early 1980s he was the youngest home secretary since Churchill and became an eminent EU commissioner. The well-wishers included the then prime minister David Cameron, Boris Johnson, Gordon Brown, Nick Clegg and William Hague, to name but a few. Lady Brittan was then due to have lunch with former Tory MPs Norman Fowler now the Lord and the late Lord Temple-Morris, before going to the cinema that evening with two girlfriends. So, a diary packed with things to ease the pain of a devastating bereavement. Speaking out: Lady Brittan is seeking justice over the treatment of her husband, the former Home Secretary She and her husb

Boris Johnson refuses to rule out trade war with EU as row over ban on British shellfish grows

Boris Johnson last night refused to rule out a trade war with Brussels if it didn’t back down in the escalating row over British shellfish. The European Commission faced a pincer movement as politicians on both sides of the Channel criticised its ban on fresh UK exports. Brussels has told British fishermen they are barred indefinitely from selling live mussels, oysters, clams and cockles to EU member states. The shellfish can be transported to the Continent only if they have been treated in purification plants. Boris Johnson last night refused to rule out a trade war with Brussels if it didn’t back down in the escalating row over British shellfish Environment Secretary George Eustice yesterday denounced the ‘indefensible’ ban, which he said was affecting restaurants on the continent as well as British fishermen, who are already suffering from the closure of the UK hospitality trade. He said the commission changed its position last week, and that prior to that ‘they had been clear that

Hancock does a Dishi Rishi! Health Secretary rolls up sleeves for stern PR shots before making Commons statement on brutal border curbs

Matt Hancock today rolled up his sleeves to pose for a series of stern photographs ahead of announcing the latest suite of border curbs introduced to help Britain battle the Covid-19 crisis. The Health Secretary took a leaf out of Rishi Sunak's book as he was seen striking several poses inside the Department of Health base, including leaning on the back of his chair and folding his arms and staring intensely ahead.  In other images, he's pictured resting against a window with his arms crossed and appearing perplexed during a phone call - the London skyline seen in the floor-to-ceiling window beside him. He then walks across the room rolling up his sleeves as he works to finesse his Commons statement, with the Health Secretary later seen leaving the building in a 'Protect the NHS' mask with a red document folder tucked under his arm. Press secretary Jen Psaki says Biden will restart tradition and invite Trump back to White House for his presidential portrait unveiling - despite Donald not affording same courtesy to Obama

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that she didn't think President Joe Biden would break tradition like former President Donald Trump - and snub his predecessor out of a portrait ceremony.    'I have no portrait revealings or portrait plans or portrait events to preview for you, but I have not been given any indication that we would break with tradition in that regard,' Psaki said, answering a reporter's question about the ceremony that - before Trump - had been a fixture of a president's first term for decades.   In May, NBC News reported that Trump decided against inviting former President Barack Obama to the White House for a portrait unveiling ceremony, citing people familiar with the matter.  White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that she had 'not been given any indication that we would break with tradition' as far as President Joe Biden hosting President Donald Trump to the White House for an official portrait unveiling

Dashcam footage captured the heart-stopping moment a van knocked an e-scooter rider to the ground as he drove along a main road at night. Mark Dibley witnessed the incident while driving along the A33 near Chineham, Hampshire, in the dark. The white van can be seen colliding with the electric scooter before the rider is sent plummeting to the ground. In the clip, recorded on February 4, rain can be seen falling on to the windscreen as a procession of traffic makes its way down the carriageway - which is not illuminated by street lights.  The white van up ahead appears to suddenly clip the e-scooter as it travels along the verge and the male rider falls to the ground.  The van continues on its journey but Mark pulls in to check on the scooter user who has clambered to his feet to get out of the way of oncoming cars.  He clutches his elbow and looks around in disbelief with his e-scooter, which appears to have a headlight on it, lying on the grass verge.  Dashcam footage captured the h
